Kindly review this policy carefully before proceeding with your booking. If you need to reschedule, you can contact me and we can do so ONCE free of charge within the same month and communication has to be made within 24 hours of your appointment start time in order to be approved for rescheduling. No communication ; No show= 100% Cancellation Fee applied to card on file and you won’t be allowed to book in the future. After 24 Hours/ No Date chosen on your first free reschedule= New Deposit Required To secure your appointment, a deposit is required at the time of booking. Please note that all deposits are non-refundable but will be applied toward the cost of your service. Please note that same-day cancellations without a valid reason may result in an inability to schedule future appointments. I value both your time and mine and ask that you provide at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or any changes to your appointment. Clear communication is appreciated to ensure we can accommodate everyone effectively. Accepted payment methods are cash and card. For services over $100, payment must be made in cash. If your appointment exceeds $100, please plan accordingly and allow extra time to visit an ATM prior to your appointment to ensure you arrive on time. In the event of an emergency, please contact me by phone at 864- 659-0113 at least one hour before your appointment or send an email to jontahontascollection@gmail.com. If you arrive 15 minutes late, a $20 late fee will be applied. If you are more than 20 minutes late, your appointment will be canceled unless prior communication has been made. Please note that no children or additional guests are allowed unless they are being serviced. The spa is a space for relaxation and unwinding. When booking, kindly select all services you wish to receive, including any add-ons such as hot stones, waxing, HydroJelly masques, extractions, etc. This ensures we have enough time for your appointment and avoid scheduling conflicts.
